Interlocked Circles
Starting on different paths, two have come to the same destination. Enduring equal amounts of pain and frustration, two have come to the same place.
Full circle, two winners are now running the same race
They are now entering the same chase
The chase and pursuit of happiness
They come from two separate roads that have now led to the same alter
Two roads filled with obstacles that may have caused them to stumble and falter
But now, as a team, each will be there to assist
And that's not to say that now troubles won't exist
But it's to say that with the help of the other they have the power to resist
Traveling on different paths
They have now come full circle
Colors unseen, they both now wear gold and purple
They are now royalty
Now draped in blue to symbolize loyalty
They can now be intertwined as one
No one should be able to tell where one ended or where the other has begun
Because they have now come full circle
Like the rings of matrimony that will soon be presented
Their love and commitment to each other shall forever be imprinted
In their hearts
No amount of force should be able to break them apart
Because the separate paths that they endured was only the start
Of a journey meant to train and bring them together
So that this full circle completed is not in vain and blesses them forever
